I have been hearing about the invisible children for a long time now and have always thought it was such a good cause. But you know when you want to help so badly but you feel slightly helpless because you have no money to give and you feel like there is nothing you can do to stop what is happening?

Basically Kony is an awful man who kidnaps children and gives them weapons forcing them to kill their families and other individuals. He turns girls into sex slaves, and does many other horrible things. We need to raise enough awareness so that the U.S. government will not stop searching until Kony is found and arrested. The problem is that they won’t see how important this matter is to America if we don’t show that we care. Which is why in 2012, Invisible Children made a goal to make Kony famous so that our government can see how important this is. If it is important to us, it will be important to them.
