I was doing my friend Beth’s hair just a bit ago and I noticed she had thee most flawless skin ever! Soo I asked her if she was wearing any face makeup.. turns out she wasn’t. Jealous. She said her skin is so clear because she takes Vitamin E pills!! Who would have thought? So she got me some and I just started today! I will let you all know how it pans out 
I experimented with my hair yesterday and decided to make a fishtail headband of some sorts… here it is.

-Bundle two rows of 18 inch extensions.
-Fishtail the extensions
-And pin both sides down underneath your hair towards the nape of your neck
Yeah, super easy.
And you’ll feel a big lump on the side of your head from where you pinned the extensions.. but your hair will cover it and you can’t notice!

Jessica! Sorry for taking so long to get back to you! Im usually so much better! but no she just uses the regular vitamin e capsules! so far they have been working for me!
